Paul McBride has held executive roles with the four largest U.S. health plans and several start-ups building and managing all aspects of provider networks, health and health care outcomes improvements, and related operations. He’s been accountable for local, national, and international teams performing provider network development and management, care management, analytics, strategy, innovation, and change management accountabilities covering up to $8 billion a year in medical spend, including on both the East and West Coasts of the U.S., as well as with international operations and numerous joint ventures and start-ups. He has led collaborations and the business operations between health plans and provider communities to advance value-based care delivery for almost 30 years.
