Dean Bradley joined Oracle in 2019 as a solution consultant for Oracle Health Insurance. He has over 30 years of health insurance industry experience from which he brings knowledge of group and policy enrollment and claims administration from the health maintenance organization (HMO) space where he served in multiple functional, technical, and leadership roles in claims operations, system configuration, and systems integration. Dean spent the first six of the 17 years before joining Oracle as an account manager and implementation manager for a division of FIS whose primary product was a health care benefits core administration processing system (CAPS) that served many health insurance clients, including HMOs, Third Party Administrators (TPAs), self-administered employer groups, and some government agencies. During this time, Dean coordinated and managed numerous mission critical system implementations and data conversions of legacy enrollment and eligibility, providers, claims, and accumulator information. In his latest role before joining Oracle, he was the product owner and software development manager for eleven years where he led the software development life cycle (SDLC) and successful delivery of four software applications serving the insurance industry including three for the health insurance space and one for life insurance.
