This session will provide Renewal Survey strategies for organizations with experience with NCQA’s Health Equity Accreditation. Faculty will focus on four key topics: 

1. Maturing from implementation plans to execution.
2. Reaching the next milestone: Health Equity Accreditation Plus.
3.  Sustaining change between surveys. 
4. Doing more with data: advancing analytics capabilities as an organization’s health equity work matures.

At the conclusion of the session, attendees will:

• Be able to identify common challenges to maturing/sustaining health equity work, and actionable strategies for organizations to navigate them.
• Have actionable steps to take their organization’s health equity efforts to the next level.
