Can I earn CE credit for attending the Health equity Forum?   

No.  CE credits are not available for this event. 

 

Is there a dress code for the Health Equity Forum?   

Business or business casual is appropriate. 

 

Will meals be served at the Health Equity Forum? 

Yes.  The Forum will provide continental breakfast, snacks and lunch each day. 

 

Will the event provide Wi-Fi? 

Yes, the meeting rooms are equipped with Wi-Fi for attendees. 

Is onsite registration available? 

Yes, attendees can register onsite during open registration times. 

 

Where do I pick up my conference badge?

Check in and badge printing will be available during the following times: 

  • Sunday March 3: 6:00pm–8:00pm 
  • Monday March 4: 7:30am–4:00pm 
  • Tuesday March 5: 7:30am–4:00pm

Can I update or transfer my registration?

Yes. If you can’t join us in person, you can transfer your registration to a colleague from your organization. Please contact customer support at least 1 week before the event through [My NCQA] or call 888-275-7585. 

 

Can I cancel my registration? 

Yes. Registrants who cancel more than 10 business days before the Forum are entitled to a refund of the registration fee paid minus a processing fee of $250.00. Contact customer support through [My NCQA] or call 888-275-7585.
