DAY 2: Discovery Workshops

A deep dive into the Health Equity Accreditation program with NCQA experts. Gain insights into the program's requirements, assess your readiness, and identify potential challenges. Explore how to overcome these obstacles and work towards a more equitable future in healthcare.

Continuing Education Credits

This event grants the following Continuing Education Unit (CEU) points for PCMH Certified Content Experts.
