NCQA is undertaking a foundational refresh of Health Plan Accreditation. Guided by customer feedback, the effort is designed to simplify and streamline the accreditation experience while preserving rigor. This session will highlight key components of the modernization initiative, including a unified evaluation platform, modular standards framework, standardized terminology, updated scoring approaches and more outcomes-focused evaluation. Participants will learn how these changes are intended to reduce duplication, improve clarity and consistency, and support a more scalable experience across NCQA's evaluation programs. The presentation will also outline the multi-year roadmap for implementation and customer engagement.
