Jennifer Kelly, MS, CPPS, CPHQ, serves as Senior Manager, Evaluation Programs Policy at NCQA, where she leads standards development and strategic policy initiatives across accreditation, certification and recognition programs. She is responsible for efforts to modernize standards architecture, reduce administrative burden and improve alignment across NCQA evaluation programs. Her work includes developing outcome-focused standards, leading public comment and committee review processes, and advancing product enhancements that reflect changes in the health care quality landscape.
Prior to joining NCQA, she spent more than 15 years leading accreditation, patient safety, quality improvement and regulatory compliance programs within large health care organizations. She specializes in developing practical, evidence-based standards that help organizations improve performance and care quality.
Jennifer holds a Master of Science in Patient Safety Leadership from the University of Illinois Chicago and a Bachelor of Science in Health Administration from James Madison University.
