Coni Dennis serves as SVP, Chief Clinical Officer at CCS Medical, where she advances evidence-based solutions that improve outcomes and support quality performance for health plans, providers, and patients. She previously spent 16 years at Humana leading clinical strategy, program development, and population health initiatives. Her recent doctoral work examined food insecurity and its impact on glycemic control, reinforcing her commitment to addressing social determinants of health as a pathway to improved outcomes. Coni is a board-certified nurse executive with extensive experience in quality improvement and human-centered program design.
