Throughout his 12-year tenure at Cigna, Mike has held multiple roles driving transformation in analytics, data strategy, operations, and customer engagement. His leadership has been pivotal in designing innovative, evidence-based programs that integrate behavior change science, support care equity, and leverage data to guide quality outcomes. Earlier in his career, Mike held analytics leadership roles at the Hartford, where he oversaw data strategy and performance monitoring for the sales operation. His experience across analytics and operations inspires him to drive patient-centered design and improve patient outcomes.
