Rachel Mix has over 25 years of experience in operational design, development, and implementation expertise within healthcare systems. Rachel currently is the Director of the OU Sooner Health Access Network (HAN) and a faculty member at the University Of Oklahoma-Tulsa OU TU School of Community Medicine, Department of Medical Informatics. The OU Sooner HAN works with Medicaid participants and practices by providing evidence-based complex care management, quality improvement initiatives, training, and referral management. Prior to the Sooner HAN, Rachel spent 10 years working with Oklahoma’s Home and Community Based Waiver program. Rachel has a Bachelor of Science in Nursing and a Masters in Business Administration.
