Alice joined United Hospital Fund’s Quality Institute in 2021. She leads a portfolio of practice transformation and capacity-building programs, including learning collaboratives which address quality and equity issues, and the Clinical Quality Fellowship Program, which trains future leaders in quality improvement in New York’s health system.
Previously, she served as Population Health Manager at Healthfirst, NY, where she was responsible for performance in the Medicare Stars quality incentive program administered by CMS. Prior to this, she was Public Health Strategist in local government in London, UK, where she designed and implemented health improvement initiatives with the National Health Service.
Alice holds an MSc in Public Health from the London School of Hygiene and Tropical Medicine and a BSc from the University of Manchester, both in the UK.
