Sally Leahy, RN, BSN, CCRN, LSSGB, CPHQ, is a seasoned healthcare leader specializing in clinical quality and operational excellence. Currently serving as the Director of Quality at Pyx Health, she leverages nearly 15 years of experience spanning bedside nursing, health plan quality, and clinical operations to oversee the member activation company’s Medicare and Medicaid programs. Sally focuses on HEDIS and Stars performance and population health strategy, incorporating CMS, NCQA, EQRO, and state-specific standards into program design and execution.

Throughout her background as a Critical Care Registered Nurse (CCRN) and quality, accreditation and regulatory specialist on the health plan side, she has seen firsthand how missed care impacts member outcomes. Her career includes pivotal quality roles across 5 years at Blue Cross Blue Shield, where she pioneered process improvements and root cause analysis. At Pyx Health, Sally continues to focus on building scalable processes, strengthening program outcomes, and ensuring regulatory and accreditation standards are met and exceeded.
