Gina Uhlstein-Gonzalez, MHA, MPA, is a Director of Quality for Proactive Care Support Services (Value-Based Care) at the Intermountain Health system with more than a decade of experience in quality improvement, data management and performance reporting in both the ambulatory and acute spaces. She is responsible for providing strategic direction for the quality elements of financial risk commercial contracts and government programs (ACO Reach, MSSP) through alignment of provider incentive models, contracting, operations and analytics.
