Quality measurement doesn’t need a separate data highway. This session explores how CMS‑aligned FHIR interoperability and USCDI v3 can serve as a single, reusable pathway for accessing multi‑source clinical data to support digital quality measurement, treatment, and value‑based care. Speakers will share lessons from multi‑ACO testing, health system and payer collaboration, and FHIR‑generated measure execution using CQL to streamline reporting and support earlier quality improvement. Attendees will learn the operational and governance requirements for adopting FHIR‑native quality workflows and how standardized data exchange can reduce reporting burden, improve accuracy, and better align quality measurement with care delivery.
