Kacey serves as the Vice President of Client Success at Signify Health, leading strategic client growth and regional client partnerships for the premier vendor of In-Home Health Evaluations. With over 12 years of health plan experience in Quality and Risk Adjustment, Kacey has extensive experience navigating the complexities of Medicare Star Ratings, Risk Adjustment, and Value-Based Care. Prior to joining Signify Health, Kacey held key leadership roles at Arkansas Blue Cross Blue Shield, overseeing Medicare Stars and Risk Adjustment, and at Humana, where she managed Market Stars for nine states. She has both CPC and CRC designations from AAPC and holds a Master of Public Administration from the University of Arkansas.
