In this session we will dive into how NCQA’s digital HEDIS content can support identifying and closing care gaps. Supporting evidence is one component of HEDIS digital quality measures; It provides intermediate measure calculation information that highlights patient-level data used in the calculations of the measure to support activities such as care gaps, analytics, or debugging. We will review use cases and share how supporting evidence, derived from HEDIS digital quality measures, can be leveraged to identify target populations and improve care.
