Date
Monday, October 13, 2025
Time
1:45 PM - 2:30 PM
Description
Early detection is critical in preventing colorectal cancer, yet screening gaps persist—especially among underserved populations. This session showcases two innovative approaches to closing those gaps. One strategy uses a data-driven, population health approach to proactively distribute screening kits and improve early detection.
The other leverages digital engagement tools—combining conversational AI with culturally tailored storytelling—to address barriers such as health literacy, language, and trust. Attendees will learn how to design and implement scalable, personalized outreach strategies that reduce disparities, enhance patient engagement, and drive more equitable preventive care.
